Well my last visit to this location was on 11/08/22 receipt information is CK48 5:03am (DRIVE THRU)!! My experience at this... location generally averages 2/5 stars but on this particular morning it dropped to 1/5 stars. The cashier whom was an older lady(KETAN) seems to be culturally incompetent and understands minimal-no English. However, she is VERY competent with asking formoney but does not listen to a customer's complaint. I reached out the the "ARL/area manager- namedTerry from the North Region"about the WATERY coffee that was not replaced from a previous visit. Terry's follow through was null and void and she did notsecure a replacement coffee. Being a customer that visits Dunkin Donuts 4x per week spending my hard earned cash this was a mereslap in my face. This particular location is not a regular one that I visit. My complaint was not taken care of by the locationNOR did Terry the area manager take care of my complaint. The appropriate step for Terry the Area Manager to have completed wasto at least MAIL a gift certificate to my home address since KETAN the older lady of the store does not understand or can't readENGLISH. THIS LOCATION HAS TO DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF A COFFEE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED JUST REPLACE IT MY GOODNESS.ESPECIALLY IF THE FILTER IS OLD OR THE COFFEE IS WEAK AND WARM. Hey, it's Dunkin' donuts and the quality of the food was the same as it's always been, which is good. However, the 2 ladies that... were working there were horrible, mean, and short and they actually tried to charge me a dollar for a cup of ice water out oftheir tap!!! And yes this was on top of making a food purchase!!!! H*** even Starbucks will give you a free glass of icewater. Read more
Service was quick and so many choices of donuts. Staff was not rude but not really friendly either. I guess they were just... being professional but made the atmosphere a bit cold. Read more
Gave the Indian lady ,im assuming the manager, a $20 bill for a small cup of coffee. The coffee is $2.75 she kept all my change... and when I told her about it, she said I gave you your money. She yelled at me and told me to leave, but what about my changethat I never got. Will be filling a police report in the morning. It?s the principle. Read more
The guy working alone took his time and made sure everything was right and fresh. Fast and Great Service. Restrooms clean and... dining area was cleaned. Felt a warm welcome when I walked in. The only downside they always out of double chocolate at nighttime. Read more
All the ladies working on this location need to be promoted. They all do an excellent job of serving fresh hot food with a smile... on their face no matter how busy they are. Kudos to the entire team!!! Read more

I came to the drive through on my way to my appointment. I was already late. I was also hungry. As I drive off I noticed my... order was wrong and the bagel was extremely hard. My donut which I didn't need was not in there. The coffee taste burnt and old.Yeah. I will go hungry next time Read more
