Worst experience ever! The owner had a packed house and messed up my order. I thought I was being kind and got back in line so I... can ask for the correct drink. When I finally got to the front he tried to blame me for the mistake. Me tired of being theresince 30 mins had already passed I just politely asked how much I needed to pay for the drink and then continued to wait. I thenwaited another 20 minutes and still did not have my drink. I then got BACK in line (trying to be polite even though I definitelyshouldn't been rude looking back) go ask for a refund. Then owner then starts arguing with me saying he can just make the drinknow and how it's all my fault anyways. I don't even write reviews but for this horrible experience I made an exception. I justwish I was tacky enough to take back the tips I had already put in the tip jar. Read more
There is a new owner, with a new staff. I will NEVER RETURN. Horrible attitudes no dark coffee, they only had 8 types of donuts... and almost completely out of bottled drinks.. not the first time they've had those issues. But it will be the last time I goback to what we now called Ghetto Dunkin Read more
Unprofessional says it all!! This place is such a disgrace!!! It use to have some decent people, but now there is no decent... people working at that place ever since I've stop there for a very long time!!! No good customer service, no decency, orrespect!!! This place needs to be shutdown for a solid week or two, hire enough staff to actually run the place and clean it up. It?s... dirty, there is usually only 2-3 people working if you?re lucky and the cash register/payment system isn?t fully working. Thisis not representative of Dunkin! Read more

My favorite Dunkin in ATL period!! They are always courteous, and professional. They pay attention to detail when crafting your... drinks. I frequent this location several times a week, and when I walk in, they are already ringing up my order! Now that'sEXCELLENT customer service. They even remember our milk preferences! My latte is always perfect & I tried the roasted tomatohumnus toast today...so Yummy! Read more
This is our favorite Dunkin since we moved here. The staff are always awesome. They were working the night downtown Atlanta... erupted. Their windows were smashed. No employees were hurt but they were pretty shaken up. Yet they remained opened. They keptwelcoming their regulars with smiles. That's always been consistent but under those circumstances it was beautiful. I hope thatnever changes. Today we stopped in and both employees were masked up properly the entire time. A few weeks ago I would have given 1 star, there was always a long line, and the women working behind the counter seemed... overwhelmed and angry every time I went in. They have new staff since Thanksgiving. There?s no line now and the staff are niceand seem to have a positive attitude. It really makes a difference. Thank you and keep up the good work! Read more
