Horrible customer service. Came to grab some breakfast and coffee and jerry told me to hurry up and order 3 times in the 1... minute that I pulled up. Stating ?alright honey come on?. I had to tell her to please give me a minute. She rushed me to orderand still didn?t get my whole order correct. Had to wait for them to redo my drink because if she didn?t try to rush me so muchshe would of heard what I said. AND there was no one behind me in the drive thru line! Read more
I just waited 20 minutes in line for them to tell me that they're only taking cash payments. I know it's all about money for you... but put a sign out at the drive-thru or put somebody before people sit in line and waste their time. My experience with themotherwise is 50/50. Half of the time they are good and the other half the coffee tastes burned. I hope you all sell the store tosomebody who cares about the brand, customer service, and selling decent coffee. Some nice people others a bit rude they got my order wrong twice and gave us jelly donut without jelly there was one man and one... woman who were very nice but one who was pretty rude. But no other Dunkin?s have ever been a problem for me just this one Read more
Sent my husband to this store to pickup me up a frozen coffee with pecan swirl. I was on the phone with my husband as he was... ordering my drink. The person taking my husbands order kept interrupting him as he was placing the order being very rude. Oncemy husband received the order the cup sticker had large frozen coffee pecan swirl, but I was giving a regular frozen coffeeafter tasting it. It was to early in the morning to have such bad customer service. Plus, It was $5.00 and change wasted becauseI did not get what was ordered. Read more
They took forever and i git a large matcha late and it just tasted like milk with ice, it didnt even have any sugar, i paid... almost 6 bucks for a large milk blended with ice, my english muffin also tasted weird. No wonder this place has 3 1/2 stars. Imreally disappointed about my breakfast today. Read more
Been eating at Dunkin? for many more years than I want to admit to. Surprisingly haven?t ordered any delivery since the pandemic... began...until today. Ordered a ham, egg and cheese sandwich on sesame bagel, half dozen doughnuts and a large hot chocolate(vanilla, almond). The order arrived via Grub Hub on time, correct and packaged well for delivery. Loved the bagel. Toastedjust right and had a great chew to it. Sesame seeds, also well toasted, were excellent too. The ham, cheese and eggs were aboutaverage. The dounuts (I chose variety) were fresh and delicious as I remember. Surprisingly the hot chocolate (never had itbefore) was excellent. Sort of like someone melted a mild candy cane in with the chocolate. No issues at all with reorderinganything we had today. Read more
First of all, I am mad! This Dunkin Donuts shorted me on my Iced Cappuccino.. I paid $3.50 + tax for a 1/4 cup of coffee? Also... when I went to return the coffee there was no one at the counter for 12 minutes. The cashier went to the restroom and came outto assist me without washing his hands... Read more
Pitiful location with a bunch of incompetents working here. I ask for the exact same coffee every single time I go to any DD.... Every other location can get it right except for this one. It?s always hit or miss. I literally have to sit at the window andtaste it before I drive off just to make sure it?s correct. Today was a day I decided not to taste it in an effort to beattraffic, and of course it was not right. I don?t like super sweet coffee so my order is always iced coffee with oat milk,toasted almond and caramel to balance it out. What I got was some plain bitter coffee. Again, any other DD I go to gets itright, the pump of caramel gives it the right balance for me so that it?s not too bitter or super sweet. Why they can never getit right here is beyond me. It?s not that complicated to add 3 ingredients to an iced coffee. I called the location this timebecause it has happened one too many at this point. I told the lady on the phone 3 times what my order was and each time sherepeated it back incorrectly. No wonder they rarely get it right. When she came back to the phone she told me that the GM said Icould come back and get a refund and if I?d like they didn?t have to serve me any more. Seriously? This is what a so called GMhad to say to a Paying customer. Instead of addressing your incompetent staff and training them properly, you invite a customerto no longer come back. Heard.
