The staff was extremely rude especially the supervisor! They showed zero customer service! When I addressed the issue I was told... that they were too busy to at least acknowledge me, A PAYING CUSTOMER! I was very upset about that statement and I was told bythe male supervisor on shift to cancel my order! I do not appreciate the service I was given today AT ALL! Absolutelyridiculous! Drive thru always a minimum of 20 min wait whether it 2 cars in front of you. When you finally get to make your order (drive... thru) youre greeted with "welcome to dunkin donut, hold on". Don't go inside thinking you will get quicker service, that'sanother 10 - 15 min wait to get to register. A lot of times I have to go back inside because my order was not made right ordoesnt taste right. This location needs an overhaul, a staff change, better management and training. Read more

NEW CREW IS AWESOME ! New manager is so sweet and GREAT!! Takes initiative and fixes problems!! I get my same X-Large with... equals DAILY! Now I don?t have to worry about my order being messed up. Every time I come here they mess up my order and not put sugar in my coffee. There pesto sandwich wasn?t toasted, iced coffee no... sugar, bagel with only cream cheese on on side I just wanted it on the side so I can spread it. They didn?t put my stuff in aback. They made the first customer stop in the middle of the drive thru lane. I have never? NEVER ordered a caramel frappuccino without whipped cream and caramel drizzle at Dunkin? then I was told it would... be an extra charge for it if I added it. Cashier didn?t make the experience any better either. Read more

The employees were too busy disrespecting each other over the drive through speaker to take orders. Everytime I said excuse me... or hello, they would tell me hold on. I guess they didn't realize I could hear them joshing around. Then when the female finallydid take my order, she was rude. I got burned coffee as the result. This was a vanilla caramel coffee light & sweet with almondmilk. As you can sadly see, it wasn't light... Nor was it sweet. I've tried to stomach the coffee as to not waste money. I justcouldn't get past the burnt aftertaste. It's safe to say,I won't be going back there again. ???? Read more
