The store is ran by ignorant kids who have no meaning in life. It's good dunkin is an e.o.e. I suggest hiring people who want to... work and do their job and stop paying those kids to destroy your store. The lazy body black chick and the rainbow warriors arethe absolute worst. Read more
This place was superb. This place was so spotless and clean I don't have words for it. I've been inside of many, many Dunkin'... Donuts but this one was the best out of them all. The customer service was excellent, the appearance was wonderful. Thecleanliness of everything, is why they get 100 from me. The donuts were not stale. The drinks were not overflowing or too full.Each employee was neat in appearance. Everyone's hair was pulled back. No one had long fingernails. Each employee lookedperfect. The tables was spotless,the floor was spotless and the bathroom was clean and smelled wonderful. This place isdefinitely a must. Read more
Perfect customer service! They offered us free donuts since we waited over 5mins. Also they were very flexible when we asked for... more sweetener. They even remember my friend since she comes many times and make sure everything is good before she leaves.Perfecto! Read more
Went through the drive through. Service was fast and friendly. But the mini pancakes smelt like motor oil and had black residue... all over them. Not sure if that's dried up gear oil or dried up food residue but I'll take the hit and pass on it.. Read more

this is got to be the best customer service I have ever received from a Dunkin donuts no offense to the other Dunkin donuts but... they were literally just regular people smiling talking and literally having a conversation without being rude and rushing me. Ialways get the same thing from every single Dunkin donuts they made the best coffee I don't know if it's because I came in themorning but this was literally the best frozen coffee I ever had they made it just the way I asked.
