Stood inside for 5 minutes young lady kept saying I?ll be with you moved me to another counter to take my order and still never... came back. Sucked cause the kid really wanted donuts but was satisfied with Starbucks. This isn?t the 1st time nor the 1stlocation but it?s starting to get annoying really really fast. If I could give negative stars I would. I have been to this Dunkin maybe 4 times ever and EVERY TIME they get THE ORDEE WRONG.... Like why am I telling you what I want at the drive through only to get something completely different when I get to the window.Is it lack of training, comprehension, or what? I hate to write a bad review but when I am spending my money I would hope to getwhat I pay for. First, they're out of Boston creme, at 930 in the morning, really?! Went through the drive thru so it's not like I knew the had... to change it it and no suggestion was made. Then, my sandwich isn't ready so they ask me to pull up, sure, no problem. Couple ofminutes later, "what did you order?" Then another minute and she brings my sandwich, but forgets the hash browns. Brings thehash browns but I get 6? Is that all they give you now? Lets have a sit down talk about a donut. To be more accurate a dunkin donuts. You my followers know how i get about a team and a... well oiled machine. There is an amazing DD in atlanta. The finest a group of people i have ever seen. Kind non judgementalgroup ive seen in a very very long time. Smiles are abound everywhere. Their greeting with a smile is sure to change you dayinto a great one. Lets talk clean smells are everything.. Candice jas such a wonderful attitude to the oint of amazimg.Greatness is all around her. Im surely glad i came in here. For i was having a really bad day and even a really bad week. My bf and I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 bagels. 2 plain with plain cream cheese and 1 with strawberry cream... cheese. We pulled up to pay and the made us pull up and wait in the car. We waited in the car for a while, mind you there wereno cars in front of us and didn?t look like any one was inside either, until my boyfriend got impatient and went inside. He wentinside and they barely started prepping our order! Also, our bagels barely had any cream cheese and they burned them they werehard! They also didn?t even get the order right. They gave us two strawberry and one plain and that?s not what we asked for.Make sure you check your bags before you leave and save yourself from ending up with a burned bagel. Read more
I ran in there Saturday for coffee as the two guys were about to close for the night. I half expected them to not let me in... the door when he said the inside was closed but I could go to the drive through, but he was kind enough to let me in and order(instead of making me get back in my car and drive around).
