I will never come here again. I asked for a donut to be removed from my order and thee Indian lady at the window refused to do... it. She lied saying it would cancel my whole order which she could have rerung up but she refused and I ended paying more than ineeded or wanted. I needed the rest of my order and after spending 20 minutes in line I had no time to waste as I was runninglate. Worst customer service ever. I have this place. Don't ever go here. On September 12, 2022, I ordered 2 iced lattes and Breakfast Sandwich. As I completed my iced latte (which I thought was made... well), I decided to munch on some ice. When I opened and looked inside the cup, I saw something out lodges in one of the icecubes. It would not be moved with my finger and had to take my car key to move it. That was when I witnessed a frozen fly inthe ice of my finished drink. I Returned to the store and spoke with staff (overheard one of them say, I?ve been tell her aboutthese flies). After speaking to the manager (East Indian woman) was apologetic and returned my money for the drink. I sharedthat this is unacceptable and unsafe and that she needs to get rid of the ice and do a cleaning, which I?m sure she did not do.This has not been the 1st time spending/wasting my money there. Most times, I try to avoid the morning rush, because of otherbad experiences with my food. This location could better serve the community by having employees to dress and look like they want to work. Guy at the window... with the blue beard was awesome! He had a great personality and was super nice! Hopefully he can inspire his coworkers to do thesame. Read more
Such a shame. This location is so close to my house so I find myself going again and again hoping it gets better. But almost... every time I?m disappointed. I have so many stories I could share but this one is just about my order this morning. I havegone to other Dunkin?s and ordered their avocado toast and its as large as the box and it?s toasted well so there is a nicecrunch. This location, the bread is soooo small and they charge so much so I expect to at least get my money?s worth. Thispiece was gone in like 2 bites?They also must just microwave it because it?s always tough and rubbery making it very hard tochew. It makes me so sad because the people there are nice and have never been rude or unprofessional. Just awful food andalso constantly gets my order wrong. Most Current Review: Never coming here again! They just don't care! I've had this sandwich several times so I know how it is... supposed to be prepared. First off, this type of sandwich comes in a box to protect the integrity of the thick bread. They putmine in this paper wrapper. Second, the bread is supposed to be TOASTED. Couldn't even eat it! Didn't look appealing at all.Clearly they just took cold bread & slapped the rest of the ingredients on it!! Not acceptable at all. Please hire people whoactually care! And they charge 1.50 for Almond milk. A straight rip off. Why? Cause it's in the hood? Cause the one on Forsyth,downtown only charges 50 cent. I hate this west end location! First Review: This location use to be my favorite. I'm not sureif they changed owners or what b/c I no longer see the faces that I'm accustomed to. This is the second time that they forgot toput expresso in my latte..it was warm flavored milk. They are slower than normal and seem to just throw your food together. Shameful! They charge more than other local Dunkin's and to top that off today I order Roasted tomatoes on avocado toast. They... say oh we have to charge you 1.50 for the tomatoes. The menu clearly states something different. Will not support this locationever again. Shameful and unlawful. And trucks and trash piled up in the parking lot. Wish I could rate it a negative 5. Placed a mobile order at 11:29am. I waited in line for 31 minutes, receiving my order at 12pm on the dot. I mentioned the wait... to the clerk and she did nothing to try to make it right. No free donut. No apology. Nothing. She acted as if she didn't knowthe wait was over 30 minutes. Ridiculous. I will NEVER visit this location again. Atrocious. Read more
