I will never come here again. I asked for a donut to be removed from my order and thee Indian lady at the window refused to do... it. She lied saying it would cancel my whole order which she could have rerung up but she refused and I ended paying more than ineeded or wanted. I needed the rest of my order and after spending 20 minutes in line I had no time to waste as I was runninglate. Worst customer service ever. I have this place. Don't ever go here. On September 12, 2022, I ordered 2 iced lattes and Breakfast Sandwich. As I completed my iced latte (which I thought was made... well), I decided to munch on some ice. When I opened and looked inside the cup, I saw something out lodges in one of the icecubes. It would not be moved with my finger and had to take my car key to move it. That was when I witnessed a frozen fly inthe ice of my finished drink. I Returned to the store and spoke with staff (overheard one of them say, I?ve been tell her aboutthese flies). After speaking to the manager (East Indian woman) was apologetic and returned my money for the drink. I sharedthat this is unacceptable and unsafe and that she needs to get rid of the ice and do a cleaning, which I?m sure she did not do.This has not been the 1st time spending/wasting my money there. Most times, I try to avoid the morning rush, because of otherbad experiences with my food.
