The service was great however, they don?t offer basil for the pho and I wish they had veggie broth. The food came out quickly... and tasted pretty good. My daughter and I had lunch here today. I was highly satisfied with everything. Our waitress was incredible. She was very... attentive and professional. I did ask questions about a few dishes and she didn?t hesitate to answer them. The food came to ourtable a lot quicker than expected. I had the shrimp spring rolls and Tenderloin Steak Com. 3 ?? is the most I can come up with and here is why! We were told to seat anywhere we would like and we chose carefully. We were... ignored for a good 20 minutes and then decided to speak to someone about it. After speaking to someone, it took another 30+minutes before we could even place our orders. We watched customers who came after us finished their meals before we could evenplaced our orders. This behavior could be somewhat understandable if the restaurant was super busy or super packed. Luckily,Jimmy (manager) was there but it was still mad disrespectful because of the lack of accountability of the personnel. Anyone witha short memory span does not need to be in the food industry. Besides, the food was delicious unlike the horrible service andfor me, a great service can compensate for a bad food and never the other way around. Ordered on UberEats & the food was absolutely ammmmaaaaazzziinng. I even liked the bowl it came in; ready to eat. A lot of... places I order pho from just have everything prepackaged but you have to use your own bowl. The fried rice was fresh anddelicious, the sweet tea was actually sweet, but the greatest thing was the receptionist calling me because I ordered a sodabut didn?t specify what type.
