I order at 10:20 food was doing a quality check at 10:48 pm!! Wasn't here until 12:30 cold and no drink!! Lady that answer act... like I don't suppose to be upset!! I paid for a service that was done very poorly!! Read more

Horrible. I waited over a hour just for my food to be delivered and it never was. When I called no one answered and when I went... to place another order via telephone they said they weren't delivering at this time and to do pick up. If this was the case whyallow me to order online for delivery in the first place? The tracker said the pizza was put in the oven and ready at 9:56 butnever moved to the delivery part. Worst dominos ever. Ordered online. 2 hour wait, said it was delivered, but it wasn?t. Called store and was on hold 20 minutes... and nobody answered. Now we have no dinner and are out the money we paid. GET IT TOGETHER JERKS Read more

Ordered via the phone which automatically sent the order to this location. Pizza was delivered some time after two hours later... but could never get anyone to answer the phone for an update or to cancel the order. Woke up to pizza covered in ants on thefront porch the next morning. Read more

Don't do delivery from here ever. Please. I really like Domino's pizza but you might wait for 2 hours and just straight up not... get a pizza. Also don't call them because you'll be on hold for at least 30 minutes and don't use their app because you can'tget a refund. You're only eligible for a redeemable free pizza and 20% off of an order that expires after 30 days. Save yourselffrom the time and the hassle and just do pickup. Read more

This past Sat. 6/11/22, I ordered a pizza & some wings online as I was visiting my son, who lives in West End. My order was... placed & my debit card charged at 8:15 pm. The "Tracker" did not seem to be working properly, and I began calling the locationat approx. 9:30 pm, at which time a message popped up that this store was NOT ACCEPTING ONLINE ORDERS! I was not able to getthrough to talk to anyone this or the several other attempts I made to call, despite having held for over 25 min. onetime. Eventually I left my son's to drive home, still attempting, unsuccessfully to reach the store by phone. At 11:44 Ireceived a text stating that a driver was leaving to deliver my pizza. Again I called, to no avail. At 1:16 am my son texted meto tell me my pizza had arrived. FIVE HOURS AFTER IT WAS ORDERED!!! I have since emailed and continue to attempt to reachDOMINO'S by phone. I have received NO RESPONSE and they continue to have my $45.63. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!! Read more

I've ordered pizza all school year for my class and each time was a great experience. On the last day, I ordered 6 pizzas and... every last pizza was burnt beyond well done. The order was about 40 mins late which left no time to correct the order. Whoeverboxed the pizzas could have remade them or canceled the order. Horrible customer service. When I attempted to call they pickedup and hung up each time. I would like a full refund!!! I have pictures. Read more

Til this day I still never recieved a response from this location or anything **** 2 strands of hair cooked into my pizza. Im... BEYOND disgusted and mortified. Which also means no ones wearing hair nets. $30 order for ? I will be expecting a refund. BEYOND GROSS ! Called the location 6 times, no response. Just keep being put on hold. . . ? and transferred over to the manager? that seems non existed. Read more
