This store should be forced closed due to their poor customer service and the lack of leadership from management and the store... owner. Places like this needs to be put on blast! I encourage customers to order from their competitors to spare you theexperience so many have undergone with these horrible workers. Read more
Pizza came almost 2 hours late and I live across the street from the location. The pizza was freezing and the box was soggy and... wrinkled. Delivery driver looks like he hates life and had the worst attitude. Pizza quality terrible. No one answers the phone. Read more
I had given up on having any expectations from pizza delivery in Atlanta, but this Dominos crushed it. From the order being... correct and hot when it was delivered (including dipping sauce). The the delivery driver being pleasant and friendly. All around10/10, excellent job! My only regret is that I didn't have cash to give them more than the 25% I selected at checkout. Read more
Had to feed 50 people for an out of state trip. Got in touch with the manager (April) and ordered a few days ahead to ensure... they could handle the large order (17 pizzas for delivery to the Zoo). Not only did they handle it, they did a fantastic job!!Thank you so much for taking the stress out of it for us! Would definitely recommend and use them again if we are back in thatarea. Read more
I ordered a pizza via delivery and waited patiently for the delivery. After 45 mins pass I decide to call just to check the... status, since the tracker option says my order has been delivered. When I call, the delivery driver picks up the phone and says?I knew you were gonna call, I just left because no one answered the phone?. I check my number with her and she states that shehad a digit wrong. I then tell her to refund me because at this point I know my food is cold and I don?t want the inconvenienceof her having to drive back. She says, we are making it over and will deliver it, no problem. She calls in 15 minutes and isback outside, I check my pizza and the dough is hard as a rock and the pizza is burnt. No way is this a freshly made pizzathat?s been redone. I didn?t expect much from dominos but I certainly don?t like to waste my money. I don?t normally leave reviews but I have so many bad orders from this Dominos that I have to make sure others are aware. This... is the third time my food has been prepared wrong. They fixed two pizzas and didn?t put any base. How does a pizza come withoutsauce? My previous orders were of pasta and it was barely any Alfredo sauce, I?ve had cinnamon twists that were completelyburned and Luke warm food. I ordered a pizza, pasta, and bread bites. The app said it was delivered and I sat on my patio looking for a dominos delivery... car and none ever showed up.
