Claim they delivered on their website. No one called or cared. They had no problem taking my $57.00. Went to pick it up, and... they acted as if I owe them business. I won't so much as pass by this place again. Their phone number goes to corporateheadquarters where it's squelched. This company was great at one time. Read more

Terrible service. Actually no service. Ordered pizza over two hours ago and now the order is canceled. No call or update. Called... the store and waited 20 mins on hold just for no one to come to the phone. Decided to look at the reviews and of course everyoneis having the same issue. This is ridiculous and this establishment should be shut down if you don?t care to do your job. Now meand my child have to find something else to eat after wasting over two hours for no food. Corporate needs to visit this storeimmediately. Read more

My favorite Domino's location. Employees are truly phenomenal and know me as a good regular. I literally do not go to any other... Domino's for family Friday/Saturday pizza night when I pick up except this one. Employees are consistent with the quality offood and good service. Read more

This store is garbage. They can't answer the phones ever. They sure can charge you, but forget you ever getting your pizza. I... gave this store one more chance and the same thing happened. Ordered at 9 pm and live right around the corner. Sure YOUR emailsays you can call the store to speak with a manager. Will anyone answer? No not at all. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE store. Read more

Order was placed at 931pm. It?s 1122pm now and my online update still says prep. I would understand if someone called me to tell... me that I was not getting a delivery then have me wait and wait on the phone for 30 mins for no one to answer. I understand theymight be short of delivery drivers or staff or ever really busy , but at least if you receive and confirm an order , let theCustomer know if they should or should not expect their order. EDIT: because you have a great employee who made things right I'm changing my rating PS fix your phones.... Ordered a pizza... 2.5hrs ago, and never got it, I paid online, checked the tracker, called in 4-5 times, on hold for over an hour, oh and don'tcall the help line, they will just send you back to the store to sit on hold. After all that they CANCELLED MY ORDER without somuch as a call, is this what you call customer service? It's 12:39AM where am I supposed to get my dinner now I ordered at 10and if I knew that they were just going to decide not to make my food I wouldn't have bothered. Read more

Absolutely terrible service here. I placed an order for delivery on 6/27/2022. The delivery took over an hour and 45 minutes... from time of order to the time it was finally to my front door. After an hour I kept trying to call the store for an update asit kept saying my food was in the quality check state, but it sat in that stage for an hour and a half. After 10 attempts andsitting on hold for 30 minutes no one still answered. This means my food was far from fresh by the time it was delivered if itwas out of the oven for that long. Don?t order food from this dominos location. The only reason I?m giving two stars is becausethe food came out half decent. Read more

This food was absolutely not it! Everything was wrong with every part of the order. I requested for the pizza to be pie cut, and... it came square cut. Not only did they get the cut wrong, but I also ordered spinach on half the pizza which didn't happen. Therewas spinach on a 1/4 of the pizza with no cheese beneath! The chocolate lava cakes were wayyy too done; they smelled like thebottom of a glass pan if you had brownies in the oven for about 5-7 minutes too long. To top it all off, the pasta was a greatdisplay of a lack of quality control. I was about 1/3 of the way into my pasta when I saw an eyelash of a different color andcurl pattern than mine!! I called to request a possible refund, and all they could say was they're sorry and they'll make itfree for the next order even after I said I'm never ordering again. It was like speaking with a robot. I am absolutely disgustedand disappointed by this experience once again, and I am officially DONE with Domino's. This was the straw that broke thecamel's back for me. I'll be going to Blue Moon, Papa John's, Marco's, Jet's, etc before ordering from here again.
