I have tried to order online from this store 4 or 5 times and every time it says the store is offline or unable to be... reached. I?ve tried calling them, as well, but the one time I managed to get past the Domino?s offshore call center to getconnected to the store, the phone just rang and rang. I never spoke to anyone. I attached pics of the remake and lava cakes. Forgot powder and purposely caused a delay to make my remake pizza. She?s said... sauce needed to be made and put into the bottle. She made several pans and made me wait. She still put a little cheese on topof the remake when I asked her not to twice. Gave me less pepperoni on remake. Being funny. That shift leader is normally nice,so I was being nice. But note she is playing games, delaying. So nice has gone out the window. My husband ordered pizza today at 5:39pm, online said it would be ready between 5:57-6:07pm. Still wasn't ready at 6:25, went... into the store and they said it will still take another 15 mins. had to cancel the order and leave since we couldn't waitanother 15 mins. Don't order here unless you want to wait 2 and a half hours for your food. I ordered delivery and they didn't start cooking it... until a hour after my order was placed. I tried calling the store 3 times and no one answered. Delivery guy said they areunderstaffed but that's not an acceptable excuse for a 2 hour wait. Also i ordered sauces that didn't come with my delivery.Don't waste your time ordering from here. I won't be going to Domino's anymore. I usually get Little Caesars or Papa John'sanyway. I really wanted pizza and was highly disappointed. Will never order from this location again! Placed an order for delivery at... 8:05pm on a Sunday night with an estimated delivery time of 20-30 minutes. I keep checking the order for updates and all it keptsaying was quality check with an updated delivery time of 62 minutes. Wow, smh. I kept waiting and even called, with no answerjust ringing. When the pizza finally did leave the store, it said it was going to take 45 minutes to get to me! The store wasright up the street, I don't get that. Finally around 9:45pm, almost 2 HOURS LATER, my pizza arrived. The box was bent andgreasy, and the pizza was borderline cold. I tried calling the next day but the phone just kept ringing and after 15 minutes Ihung up. Never again. Next time I'm in that area and want pizza, I'll just do a pick up from Marco's. Now this doesn?t make any sense. Not only was the pizza cut any kind of way but the wings weren?t even thoroughly cooked. On top... of that I?ve never seen flat pita bread looking garlic knots sold from dominos ever in my life. You all definitely need to dobetter especially when we?re paying for the food. If only I could give a 0 ! Ordered a medium pizza with a drink, didn?t get the drink at all. When I asked him where is my drink... he said that the drink wasn?t on the receipt but that?s what I paid $22 for. Not to mention he gave me the wrong amount ofchange !
