No stars is most acceptable for my experience. Restaurant was pretty empty so we were quickly seated. Not sure if our waitress... was new or not but we waited over a hour & 30 minutes for our food. 4 times in that hour 30 mins we were told our food wascoming soon. After seeing a table of 11 that came in after us, there was 4 in my party, get there food before us I asked tospeak to a manager. Couldn?t get a manager at the time because she was the cook. We were offered free shots, which we took, butthat doesn?t minimize or solve the problem. We came for food not liquor. The manager came out to speak to the party of 11, weasked her to come to our table. she told us the server didn?t submit our ticket until 40 mins after we were seated. The servercame over & said she submitted our ticket right away. Both are pointing the finger at each other. No one took accountability. Asa Manager I absolutely hated the way the manager apologized to us for our server mistake when she was just as wrong as well.Needless to say I will never patronize this establishment ever again. LIKE EVER! Not to mention that between the 4 us we onlyordered bacon, eggs, homefries, French toast & salmon & grits & that came out in a chipped bowl. I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant, it was late night. We had appetizers crab cakes, the chef came to the table... side to understand the order. The food was cook to request, the staff and management were all about pleasing the guest. Read more
Nice restaurant. My friends and I went for happy hour. It wasn?t too busy and our server, Precious, was amazing. The happy hour... drinks were $5 and they had select foods for $5, too. We were told the DJ comes later in the evening, which was fine because themusic was at a decent level to chat and catch up with friends. Read more
Horrible food and service!!! I paid $68 for a half portion of Alfredo and a jack and coke. The Alfredo was bland they were out... of chicken breast, Mac N cheese and mashed potatoes then they served me under cooked wings. The food was excellent! The service was just ok. The ambiance was lacking. Don't like utensils and napkins in plastic bags when... I'm spending over $100 for two people. There was only one other party of two in the restaurant. We're in a pandemic but 90% ofthe restaurants I eat at are back to regular flatware. Read more
We went for brunch....So it was packed! I had a party of 4 initially they sat us at a table that really accommodated 2 but the... people got up next to us which made it more room.....I'm assuming the air was broken bc i was hot and the doors were open....itgot uncomfortably once you started drinking.....The DJs were both nice...the servers were nice.....the food was fine.....thething that was really annoying was they didn't let you see the bill until after you pay...that was when we realized over $30 wasadded to the bill....and a shot was...$17 ......the manager on duty ended up handling it but it was just an annoying experiencei tried to make pleasurable Read more
I visited during a Sunday brunch and this was my first time visiting. It seems to be a new spot but I'm not sure. I had Salmon... with sweet potatoes and mixed veggies. Although I was a little disappointed in my food I would visit again. I expressed mydisappointment in the serving of veggies I received and the server understood and made up for it. Pros: Drinks are good, niceambience, clean restrooms, DJ, employees wear masks, food seasoned well, servers friendly, family enjoyed the hookah (I dontsmoke hookah). So I?ve been here before a long time ago and it was just okay, but then recently a friend highly recommended that we all go so... we did. And wow, the food was AMAZING! I got the crayfish bucket and it had so much flavor!! They must have a new team workingin the kitchen. 10/10 recommend this spot. Read more
