Food is very good, the restaurant is beautiful and comfortable, the waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. I'm taking 1... star away because they have a group policy, we didn't get to sit and start eating after 1 hour when all our party arrived. Not sure where to start so here's a list: - took an HOUR to get drinks. Asked waitress twice (only times we saw her during that... hour) where our drinks were and she just said there was a big party ordering drinks... - We sent back the cheese curds becauseTHERE WAS NO CHEESE in them..? - the sides were clearly microwaved. Seriously, look at the photos I've attached. The "Succotash"was just microwaved corn, and costs $13. - went to celebrate a birthday and made note of the occasion on the reservation. Therewas no dessert or anything special done by the staff - waitress added gratuity at the end even though we only had a party of 2 -entire meal took 3 hours. 3. I couldn't wait to leave - asked to speak to a manager and they never showed up, so we left. Prettysure the manager wasn't even there. - steak frites didn't even come with fries - a couple items had clearly been left under awarming light and gotten overcooked and had to be sent back. Only positive was that the filet medallions were good. Genuinelythe worst dining experience I have ever had. I should have listened to the other bad reviews and left before our drinks cameout. 1 star meal but 5 star scam. Cannot believe this place is still in business. So many better options nearby. I used to love this place and they were easily a 5 star review from me but not anymore! Although the food is still good (hence... my 3 stars), the service is TERRIBLE!!! We had a party of 6. We ordered drinks and after 40 minutes, we still didn’t havethem. There was only one bartender so apparently our server didn’t put in our order or the bartender didn’t notice it. Theserver had to physically tell her (our table was in close view of the bar). We received our food before the drinks which tookabout 30 minutes after ordering but wasn’t correct. Half of us ordered a Caesar salad which never came out. When the food cameout, there was one house salad on the tray (no one ordered). The server thought it was a Caesar salad…smh. I also ordered thefish tacos as an appetizer which was my first time having and I enjoyed them and the crab cake which is still as good as Iremembered from the past. Most of my other friends also enjoyed their meals, except for one person. Note, the appetizers andsalads didn’t come out prior to the meal. They came together. Caesar salads NEVER came out. There is an older woman who islike an intermediary between the server and manager who was trying to be helpful but became very annoying. We asked for amanager who took forever to come out (more than 20 minutes). I had to tell the server that we were going to leave without payingif the manager didn’t come. She finally came immediately after my comment about leaving and she complained about the place aswell. You could tell she was very frustrated but it isn’t appropriate for a manage to complain about her place of work tocustomers. Anyway, she credited our bill to a fair amount. I enjoying stopping at Del Frisco when I’m in town. I’m giving it a four star because of the service and atmosphere. ... However the food wasn’t up to par. WoW...what an experience!! The food lacked the fresh factor. The sirloin was dry, with a stale taste. The Cauliflower was bland... so were the french fries. On the other hand, the shrimps were supurve!! It was a bummer because we hyped up this place for thekids and we had to eat our words....Del Frisco Grille - Do better!!! Read more
Stopped by after an event, wasn’t too crowded. Enjoyed the cheesesteak egg rolls. Server forgot our drinks, but he comped... them. No one wore masks not even the servers. All staff was friendly and professional. Read more
Food tasted great and our server was nice and attentive. My only gripe was it was so cold I couldn't get comfortable and they do... nothing to help the situation. Everyone had their coats on. There was an armed security guard at the door so I was a bituncomfortable with the area. I won't go back to that location. Read more
I went here for the 1st time and had a blast the food was excellent. The Sous Chef Marquis was awesome he came out to speak with... myself and my party and our food was out fast.
