Ordered a catfish plate with red beans/rice and cabbage. All of my favorites ???? Service: Phone answered promptly, order... placed quickly. Was informed it would be 15 minutes for the food to be ready. Actual time was 45 minutes. Food: Cabbage wasdelicious, firm texture and seasoned well. Red beans/ rice was decent, more turkey skin than beans, and rice was a densertexture which could have been cooked 1-2 minutes longer. Catfish breading was amazing, crispy, and well seasoned. However, thetexture of the fish was a little mushy and the taste was overly fishy. Been eating catfish since childhood, as it's one of myfavorite fish and it's never had a strong fishy taste. I did not receive what I order and I spent $50 on food I could not eat.. when I tried to call back to speak to a person a I... received was a voicemail. I decided to try what I was given and all I taste is pepper in every dish ....from the red beans andrice , the cabbage , the pot roast. After watching an hour for a simple lunch order of Blackened Chicken and pasta, I was told that they didn't have the side of... spinach I purchased. Then later when I tried to eat the food, the chicken was EXCESSIVELY seasoned. Just one bite caused alingering headache. Waste of time and food. I will NEVER order from this place again.
