Food, for $6.99 you get a generous helping a pretty good fast food, plus a big drink. Service, the drive-thru is fairly quick,... and the order was right on. Atmosphere, the sun was shining beautifully, and temperature was excellent. This is a drive-thruonly, fast food place. I went out of my way to go here, and I wasn't disappointed. Haven?t ate here in about two years. Last time I had it food was horrible but here I am right again.. today is my daughter... birthday and decided to stop to get my family something to eat since it?s late and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!We have been waiting over 35/40 minutes for a fast food establishment. Management or corporate should definitely make somechanges around here knowing this is one of the busiest locations. Read more
Not very consistent. The first time I ate there the bbq was very bland. The second and third time the burgers and sides were... great. However, tonight was the worst, I asked for a burger but actually got an onion sandwich. Was supposed to have onionrings and cheese bites as sides and got the residue of the onion rings and 4 cheese bites. The chicken quesadilla was bland butspicy. All this for $17 and the wonder why fast food is fast becoming a dead industry. Give us at least okay service, decentfood and good prices consistently; and we will continue to do business with you. If it wasn't for me running late for work Iwould have had them make my order over. What I'm doing instead is not returning to the Cook Out. I should have stayed with myfirst impression of them, bland food and poor service. The Cook Out gets 2 stars because at least twice I got a good burger, butI've never gotten good bbq from them. Food is served in a timely manner about half the time. The shakes I order are almost always made with 90% wrong ingredients. The... staff are usually great at giving you unnecessary attitude. It's your fault if they make your order wrong, don't complain oryou'll be sorry. Great for a heated argument in a dirty parking lot. It's never ever been worse than it is right now. Read more
