Waited in line for 15-20 minutes to hear there is no ice to make smoothies?how does an ice cream shop run out of ice. Need to a... better job of informing customers that items are not available to make on menu before having them waste time in line. Read more
Generous scoops. Nice server. Very busy at 9:45 on a Wednesday night. She said it is usually busier but it is close to school... starting back. My ice cream tasted fresher than the last I had at a different location. And they have mini chocolate chipsinstead of full sized. Aside from a big water spill, the shop was fairly clean. I had the absolute best experience at this Coldstone! Melanie and her team were incredibly hospitable. They are a hard working... team with a positive attitude. The ice cream was delicious of course but the experience was even better. It is so evident thatthe team is led well to accommodate a high volume of customers. Not to mention, the manager Melanie specifically helped me outwhen I was in a bit of a car crisis in the parking lot. She went to extra mile for me and it was so kind. I love cold stone and I am a frequent visitor of this store. Today, employees were not wearing gloves while handling the ice... cream and one of them touch the ice cream with her hands. I asked one lady and she stated that they do not wear gloves and theydon?t have to. She was very disrespectful. The FDA Code requires gloves be used when handling any ready-to-eat (RTE) foods.
