Service is no longer the same at this location. I used to love visiting here. Think I?ll drive further to go to the other... location, my experience there was much better. Workers here constantly change and the employees aren?t too knowledgeable orcomprehensive, nor do they have any problem solving skills. Changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because the young lady thattook my order made sure the customer (me) was satisfied after a little hiccup. But then I changed it from 3 to 2 stars becauseI tried the Cali wrap for the 1st time today and I give it a 2/10 it was the perfect temperature and it was prepared well,however, the quality of the ingredients used are terrible minus the spinach. I went to this place for the first time and I had such horrible service I will NEVER go back! I ordered the avocado toast and a... smoothie. First of all the bread was NOT toasted and it had like such little avocado on it that I had to ask for more. Secondly,I asked for goji berries on top of my smoothie but when I left the place, I realized that they hadn't put any and yet I had paidextra for them! A total disappointment!!! Read more

This place used to be one of my favorites but now I will no longer be visiting and giving my money to poor service along with... bad food. Not to mention the past two times I?ve been here the young girls that prepare your toast wipe their nose, toucheverything and never change gloves. Today was the last straw when I get home and see the avocado on my toast is black! Triedcalling no one answers the phone at all. Not even worth the headache of driving back to watch dirty hands remake it. Ugh soannoyed! Went up on prices and down on service. Read more
I enjoyed the cold pressed latte, my 10 year old said the kids meal was too small for her and she wishes there were more options... for them. They only had 3 choices of smoothies for the kids. And it was very small. Read more
i HATE eating healthy but my friends recommended me this place and I absolutely LOVED it. Valeria is such a sweet girl, i... couldn?t tell if she was the manager or not but her service was great!! I love everything in the shop from cleanliness to thefriendliness of the staff. As a customer service worker myself (Custom Cakes by Liud), I know how important it is to treat yourcustomers with respect and that?s exactly how I was treated. Read more
