This place needs to be shut down. Poor customer service, nasty inside and outside of the restaurant. People are hanging around... outside, asking for change. Also, there was a male employee who kept coming outside, asking the customers waiting in the drivethru if they wanted a hook up on some food from churches. And they gave me the wrong order and I had to go back inside to getthe right order. I was greeted with an attitude and an additional wait time for the correct order. Never again. Read more
I was disgusted with my meal. I ordered a 2 piece (breast and thigh) with okra. The breast was not cooked well. It was chewy and... lacked taste. The okra was burnt. What is with Church's okra?? It use to be lightly breaded, lightly salted and cooked justright. Lately, it's burnt and bland. The last time I ate Church's, I did not enjoy my meal and that was a year ago. If you want Church's like in the commercials, this is where you should go. The pieces are good size. The staff friendly and FAST... two orders in just a couple minutes. No street attitude or look here. The place is clean and you can tell the workers take pridein their work. Even if you have to come across town. This store is THE place. Read more
The Service was excellent. The Chicken was average I'm 54 and I know how good Church's was Great. Every Church's Chicken tasted... the same. Now when you go to different Church's you get different taste. Read more
Everything tasted horrible. I couldn't even finish the meal. I will never return to this location again! And to add insult to... injury, I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 mins which is beyond ridiculous! I went to this location on thanksgiving and received the worst service ever. I?m not even sure how the manager there is a... manager but I contacted the corporate office and will be contacting the BBB if I don?t receive a response. I never received mymeal for me and my family and i was treated horribly for no reason at all. The manager who was working there on thanksgivingaround 4:20 should not be a manager over a multi million business or he will definitely run it into the ground if he stays themanager there.
