*Always check your food before leaving* Got the 10 PC meal & it came with 2 LG sides. Got the Cole slaw which came in the big... container & they gave me 3 small mashed potatoes & gravy. This has got to be one of the most depressing church's location that I've ever been to. The staff don't look happy. The... customers definitely aren't happy and you'd be wise to check your order before leaving. I only ordered two items and was veryclear on what I ordered. When my order was called out, I went to grab the bag and noticed it felt lighter than usual for what Iordered. Unsurprisingly, when I got to my car and checked my food- I didn't receive the sized portion that I was charged for.Given the quality of customer service I received- I literally just left with what I had. The franchise is very good and I'venever received such subpar service as this. Drove straight to the Moreland location and received excellent service. Will neverpatronize this location ever again. I haven't eaten fried chicken in over 10 years so I can give an opinion on that. But me and my sister purchased I think the 12pc... meal deal with sides and 2 bags of drinks. The customer service was great. Made sure we had everything before we left and wasvery courteous and kind. But I did enjoy the biscuits mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Read more
