Ordered via door dash. The wrap was not ?wrapped? (see pictures), there were 2 entire jalapeños inside (they weren?t chopped),... there were entire tortilla chips inside the ?wrap? instead of tortilla strips, and the entire thing was soggy because thedressing wasn?t put on the side as was asked in the order. Not equipped to handle online or in-store with the horrible employees that work here. One employee blatantly said she was on... break and not helping anyone until she came back in after being asked for assistance with the line. No sense of urgency andclearly a lack of common courtesy and decency. All that for 4 salads. Didn't know I asked for a side of attitude and rudenessto go with. Here?s the thing: the food is great! But they literally never get the order correct if you order online. Never. Today, they... completely forgot to add the chicken to my wrap. Last time they forgot to send the chips. Time before that they addedingredients that I didn?t ask for and didn?t come in the salad. My advice, go in person and order so you can watch them makeit. Delicious but pricey. Healthy yet satisfying! You'll pay between $13-$25 depending on what you add to your salad so plan ahead... so that the options don't blind you. For three build your own salads, my total was $48 after taxes. So steep :( Customer servicecould be better but overall this is a great lunch option and even for dinner since the portions are large. I appreciate thatevery order comes with a slice of bread from TGM (local bakery). Everything is very fresh and there really is something foreveryone. They do themes where they introduce new flavor profiles and sometimes they add popular ones permanently. Right now,their Mexican options are being offered and they are bold and flavorful.
