I thought I posted this review a few months ago but now I can't find it, so I will try again. LOL Chopt on North Druid Hills is... by far my favorite location! The food is always fresh and delicious and they definitely don't skimp...my bowl is always FULL!BRANDON is the best manager and when he is there, it runs like a well-oiled machine. Ordered via door dash. The wrap was not ?wrapped? (see pictures), there were 2 entire jalapeños inside (they weren?t chopped),... there were entire tortilla chips inside the ?wrap? instead of tortilla strips, and the entire thing was soggy because thedressing wasn?t put on the side as was asked in the order. Not equipped to handle online or in-store with the horrible employees that work here. One employee blatantly said she was on... break and not helping anyone until she came back in after being asked for assistance with the line. No sense of urgency andclearly a lack of common courtesy and decency. All that for 4 salads. Didn't know I asked for a side of attitude and rudenessto go with.
