Customers beware! I?ve been going to this location for some time now, but 3 strikes and they?re out. Past 3 online/take out... orders have been wrong and or sub par compared to awhile age. My orders have been either missing dressings, dressing on thesalad when asked for on the side, very little to no protein even if I order/pay for extra protein and overall salads have gottensignificantly smaller. The contents of the salads used to fill the bowl with a flat top cover, yet now the top is concave andthe salad doesn?t even touch the new top. It seems as if I?m paying as much or more and getting far less. Thanks, but I?m out. Read more
I was in the mood to try something new and happened to stumble upon Chopt at Ansley Mall. I?ve been trying to find a new... Wrap/Salad place so this was right up my alley. I?ll start with the shocker! You know how when you go to the Farmers Market youare cuddled by the smell of the fresh produce? That?s what it?s like walking into Chopt. The smell of the fresh vegetables hityou at the door. This is not only a sign of quality product, however, it is also a hunger increasing tease. LoL! As this was myfirst time, I was excited to see how the staff engaged with the customer. They were rushing you to hurry up, instead, they tookthe time to help you make a selection. I was helped by a gentleman named Markus. As I was undecided on whether to pick the KaleCaesar or the Sesame Ginger Crunch, Markus asked me a few questions and suggested I go with the Sesame Ginger Crunch! ?Grilledchicken, rainbow carrots, broccoli, pickled red onions, crispy shallots, romaine, cabbage & cilantro blend.? If you know me youknow I asked for extra pickled red onions. Hehe! When we got to the dressing station, I swapped out the Sesame Ginger for theLimited Time Zia Chile Caesar. One word, WOWSERS! Between me and you, the dressing tastes just as fresh as the produce, notbottled. Hmmm! Could it be?? Ok. I decided to go with the wrap instead of the traditional salad. Biting into the wrap was amouth shocking pleasure. The freshness of the cabbage and cilantro blend paired with the pickled red onions and the chicken! Ohmy. Then top it off with the Zia Chile!! Who in the word decided to play with my taste buds like this? Everything about thiscrunchy, fresh, well thought out blend of goodness was an experience of bite after bite deliciousness. Had a horrible experience with the Freddy B, who is supposedly over Training. However, Freddy has a horrible attitude and didn't... know that my salad included meat - which he forgot. When confronted he thought that adding the meat on top of my salad and notremixing the salad with dressing would be a good option. This, along with his sassy attitude doesnt make good for a "trainingleader". Read more
