My food was great, ordering it was pleasant. Then BOOM...whole visit a waste I ordered a bowl to eat chips with.....I ordered... extra just to sit n find out they were stale. Hey heyyyy to anyone looking to pre order Be very hesitant. Staff needs to be trained on professionalism as well as handling... intensive high order volumes . Obviously he is the line lead but he is not leading at all if he is not able to be keep up withstore orders . I had to wait upon arrival for an order that was placed 30 mins before arrival also when I arrived I was told theorder was never started . I saw the line of customers placing new orders and decided to wait patiently. Upon waiting I ended upseeing 2 more rows of new orders go before any carry out orders were made . So now going into the 1hr time zone now I decided toask and I was gattitude and told I can leave ???? not apologetic no respect . Ignoring orders instead of having a system tohandle both flows of orders does not make the orders disappear and does not mean paying customers will be ok with waiting hours. ? The customer service here is always below standard. A common daily lunch location. They are never prepared for lunch, the staff... tends to seem upset that they half to take your order. The readiness of the line is always sub-par never clean. I use to managea Moes and my staffs line has always been cleaned while ordering. Ridiculous service. The staff is so arrogant no pleasing at all. They were charging me $1.20 for just one plain hard taco. I... said to the cashier Daijah that I work here and have got it previously lot of time just 30 cents each. She denied with raisedvoice and very rudely. I asked need to talk to manager colleague next to her told me she is manager and than finally got to knowthat manager was Mr. Smith.
