I don?t know WHAT HAPPENED but I came here and got a bowl, 3 tacos and a burrito. The Caucasian male that was struggling to roll... burritos after over loading them into a basically cold tortilla because he refused to use the press for more than a second?wellhe put in a new container of chicken. I literally watched him take the plastic wrap off. When we got home (which is less than 5minutes away) the chicken was ice cold! As if it had came from the freezer or fridge instead of fresh off the grill. Make sureyou get your receipt! Because I didn?t and even though I sent a screenshot of my charge to the customer service I have had NORESPONSE! And of course they don?t answer the phone. Also the guacamole was brown in the inside. This may be the worst Chipotle I've been to. They gave me half spoons of ingredients and yelled at me when I asked for more. And... their regular "salsa" is literally chopped tomatoes - no salsa. Is that not the saddest salsa you've seen? Read more

We went close to closing time and customer service was still good (if you are a fast food patron, this says a lot, i know). My... BF prefers this location over any others in this area because they never run out of ingredients and are hassle-free abouttoppings! They could do better with dining room cleanliness, and keeping their serving station well presented and wiped down,presentation is everything when you're eyeing what you want to go in your bowl from the menu bar. This is probably the worst Chipotle in Atlanta. I've been to hundreds of Chipotles in the U.S. and this one definitely stands... out. Their food is consistently not up to standard, it's almost as if they use different recipes here. Everything just tastes...off, and their lettuce is almost ALWAYS rotten (see pictures). The place is also dirty with spilled food all over the servingstation. Oh and they're extremely slow, probably 80% slower than your standard Chipotle. Also, check out the dry cracker-liketortilla I received on the side during my last visit. Read more
