Great food. They charged me nearly $7 for extra steak, but made no mention of the large upcharge before taking payment. I... expected a $2-3 upcharge at most. And they skimped the portions as well. They have gotten my order wrong or forgot extra items that I ordered multiple times and when I bring it to their attention they... acted like it was my fault . The staff is also not friendly. My expectations of this chipotle were high, given all of the rave reviews, but I was left disappointed. The Barbacoa burrito I... ordered was constructed poorly with beans falling out of it immediately after opening, and it lacked sour cream needed to takeit to the next level. The chips seemed a little stale and the guacamole had a strange texture to it, nothing like I had everexperienced in guacamole before. Would not recommend. Read more
Ordered a steak and chicken burrito bowl and it had Barbacoa in it. They were already 35 minutes behind when I received my order... and did not want to wait an additional hour for them to fix it. On a late Saturday evening, they were 35 minutes behind onorders, RAN OUT of burritos (they were substituting bowls for burritos without telling anybody) and the lady preparing theorders was extremely rude when asked about any orders! Ordered thru Uber Eats. I received a thrown together with anything bowl missing 2 toppings of cheese and lettuce. Food Arrived... Cold. Also I ordered a large Queso and Chips to not receive any chips to eat with my Queso. What a waste of Money. Read more
