Horrible!!! Sweet sour sauce was yellow and literally was more like broth. Tasted awful!!! Chicken teriyaki had only 2 small... pieces of chicken. Normally you only get upcharged $1.00 for fried rice but here they want $2.50 per order and rice tasted old. DO NOT GO HERE!!! worth going to PF Chang or The Orient even though you will pay more. By far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. For one the overpriced for the quality and portions you get. The food tasted old,... my general tso chicken was hard as a rock as well as tasteless. And the rice tasted stale. The food is literally not edible, Ihad to throw it away. This place needs to be shutdown, stay away at all cost. Read more
Absolutely absolutely terrible customer service! Calling the restaurant several times to speak to a manager, I was rudely hung... up on. They argued on the phone with me each time I called before hanging up. They yelled about being too busy and insist Idon’t call back. They insisted there was no manager there after calling several times throughout the day. The staff refused toremake my order due to a mistake on their end resulting in my food being given to a stranger. They refused to speak with meafter continuously hanging up on me regardless what number I called the store from. Their customer service was highlyunacceptable and unprofessional! I would absolutely NOT give this restaurant any service, and will vouch to say the food seemsworse than the service! Don’t give them your money, and I hope they get shut down or investigated because the place needs tobe shut down. It’s ridiculous the type of distasteful cyst service they subject customers too. Sadly, this is place has dropped in quality. On two occassion the brown rice has smelled as if it has been sitting out in the... warmer for way too long and now spoiled, almost anything fried is soggy with greasy, and the main dishes are generic andmediocre at best. Unfortunately, we've stopped ordering from this place after ordering from there for years and giving multiplesecond chances. It's been disappointing as we used to really like this place. On one plus side, I will say that they are veryquick and we've always had good service but that's somewhat irrelevant considering the food quality ranges from bad to mediocreat best. We now order from either Yakitori Jinbei or Tasty China if we are looking for sushi or Chinese. They're both MUCHbetter. Read more
Sigh...I don't write reviews...I really don't...but it has to be said. This place makes the most bland food imaginable. I felt... that some time ago and didn't order from them for a while, tried again randomly and...its just...tragic. I wish them the bestin life but in another capacity besides providing disappointing food. In my last order the honey something chicken is notremotely sweet, not a hint of sugar. The two chicken dishes taste exactly the same. There is no effort put into creatingdecent food. I don't expect to be wow'ed by my local "cheap" asian food yet I don't think I have ever been forced to write areview. I don’t usually leave reviews even when I’m not pleased with an establishment however, this place has HORRIBLE customer... service. I called to place a take out order and the male on the phone asked if I would like delivery. I proceeded to ask him isthere a charge for delivery and he answered my question. There was a language barrier so I asked him to repeat his answer. Atthis point he was rushing me and told me “I’m busy, what is your number”. To my disbelief, I asked him to repeat what hesaid to me just in case I heard him wrong. Once again he stated that he was busy and proceeded to shout at me. The customerservice I received was very distasteful and I refuse to spend my money here. Sadly, this is typically how we are treated inestablishments such as this one.
