I tried three of the chicken salads from Chicken Salad Chick. They were okay. Very heavy use of mayonnaise in all three salads... which I don't like. I got the Fancy Nancy, Cranberry Kelli and Kickin Kay Lynne. The Fancy Nancy and the Cranberry Kelli tastedpretty much the same. The Kickin Kay Lynne had a nice kick to it. This is a great place for a healthy, quick, meal. The whole experience was delightful. A clean establishment, efficient... ordering prices, and tasty meal. There is a wide variety of soaking meal options as well. I ultimately went with the regularchicken salad, broccoli salad, and mac and cheese. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more options. Read more

The manger is absolutely awesome. His customer service is impeccable! He really makes the dine in experience worthwhile. All of... the staff members are pretty friendly and helpful, with the exception of Kelsey. She gave me the worst experience while tryingto order my usual meal. Absolutely best customer service point blank period. Well kept and clean dine in. I mean impeccably clean. Young lady in front... who took my order was polite and patient as I had never been there. The gentleman behind the counter was very personablegenuinely nice upbeat..The chicken salad is Absolutely delicious. The egg salad was good as well. I wish I had taken pictures. Iwas so excited to get my food, the thought left my head. I will be returning and I will be recommending this gem to anyone andeveryone that will listen..it isn't often when you get the whole package when it comes to a restaurant. Customer service is not a priority. I ordered for delivery on Aug 4th. My order was not correct. I called immediately and was... told someone would call me back. Hasn't happened! I've been trying to get refunded for the food I didn't receive since then. No one has answered the phone or emails on numerous attempts. I finally got the manager last week who said I had to come to thelocation to get my money back. That was not acceptable or convenient so I ask for a gift certificate. Manager had to check ifthat was okay and would call me back the next day. Nothing. Have not heard back at all and one of my last calls said my numberhas been reported as spam. Absolutely ridiculous that I can't get my money refunded or even a gift certificate. Read more
