Customer service is definitely not a priority or requirement for this location. I had a horrible wait time for 5 little nuggets,... skipping orders to give other friends their food faster and if I didn?t finally walk up and ask about my order that they somehow?didn?t see the order on the screen? Normally, Chick-fil-a turns out stellar service and this location is no exception, but I have to give it a lower rating after my... recent visit. I ordered two chocolate milkshakes well in advance of my arrival. On reaching the pickup area, the womanmanaging that area seemed completely out of it and pickup orders just sat on the rack behind the counter as those there to pickthem up began to line up and patiently waited to be addressed. Eventually, an older gentleman came to the front and fulfilled afew of the orders and the woman finally started on my milkshakes. This is the kind of service I would expect from the McDs onNorthside, not a Chick-fil-A. Read more
