Do not order Doordash from this location. Order did not include tea, condiments,napkins, and was cold when we got it.
So, I ordered the salad with nuggets and they said they didn't have it. I then said to give me any salad without cheese. She... gave me one with cheese. Then she asked if I wanted a refund or something else. I chose spicy chicken sandwich. I asked for theprice and she said she just swapped it out. Too many people in line. I ordered 5 Chick-fil-a sandwiches and they only gave me 3. Unfortunately I didn?t check at the counter and left without a time... nor a way to go back and complain...:( love chick-fil-a and it?s still my favorite place of all. So we went there to get food on a Friday evening where we had traveled across the country to get to the hotel. Being gluten free... for health reasons our options were limited. Everything else in the surrounding area was closed and after not having eaten allday we were ready for a meal. We waited in line around 6pm after we had to wait on luggage mishaps in our hotel. As we waitedthe workers decided that they were eager to close up the restaurant but none of them wanted to do it so they had one girlannounce they had no food except 'drinks and greasy fries' and there was nothing left. Not only was this disappointing andextremely unprofessional behavior given that I'm fairly certain the workers just wanted to be done for the night to go enjoytheir weekend, but horrible customer service. I don't like complaining but after 24 hours without a meal to call thisdisheartening when there are literally no other options in the area available was just terrible all around. Read more

When you wait in line for 20+ minutes and your chicken patty is the same size as your tomato slice? Terrible quality assurance.... I contacted corporate but never heard back from the local CNN store. You can get CFA anywhere else, I do not recommend thislocation. Read more
