The slowest CFA drive thru I?ve ever experienced. This location is the closest to my house, but unfortunately I can?t continue... to come here. I am currently into the drive thru? where I have been for 20 minutes. No way to exit or I would have left 10minutes ago. I haven?t even gotten to where I can place my order yet. This is the most unprofessional Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced. The employees are rude, sarcastic, and taunting when you... ask a question or point out something wrong with your order. My order is wrong half the time and the drive thru is very slow butI was still willing to return after those constant issues until now. The blatant rudeness and attitude from the employees hasmade me never want to return again. I have never written a bad review before. I worked in the restaurant industry for 5 yearsso I know how it is but the women working here have made me leave this location in tears after a bad day. It was my first time at this location. No where does the website states dine in his closed. So I drove to this location which... was 15 minutes out of my way. To see the door locked. A great advice state that this location doesn't dine in. I asked at theregister for a fresh chicken biscuit. Yet I had to send back twice. I am unsure if this was an off day because I knowChick-fil-A does better. Then Vicky shared that the biscuits are fresh because it is "rush hour" and I shared it was toughand not fresh. My experience wasn't at all great both food and service. But because I know Chick-fil-A experience is important here is feedback. I wish they could have taste what I tasted and they would have agreed but I shall digress. This Chick-fil-A location and only this location I will not be back. Had a great experience, used mobile ordering ahead of time and utilized the proper lane. If you have a negative review for... accidentally getting into a clearly marked mobile order line that?s your own fault. Maybe don?t be resistant to technology whichspeeds up transactions? Or just, you know, READ signs lol. Read more

Only 4 stars because this restaurant is just drive through or carry out. Same good food and service that is typical of... Chick-fil-A, but no indoor dining and no restroom. There are a few outdoor tables. Read more

Sometimes they may forget an item in my order, which is odd because the young lady at the window usually confirms the order with... me before handing it out, but everyone there is ALWAYS friendly. This is one of the better Chick-fil-A locations based on beinga quick and enjoyable experience. Read more

Horrible customer service. I even called the owner Marshall McCabe and explained my issue his response was..Do you want me to... come and roll biscuits??
