I wish I could give zero stars. This location has gone to hell. I order the same dish when I go, Cobb salad, no crumbled bacon... and I have no idea why I ALWAYS end up with bacon on my salad. The tag will clearly read no bacon. You?ll sit in the drive thrufor 20 minutes or better only for them to park you and forget about you. Took my food back inside only for them to once againtell me they don?t offer refunds for they?re mistake. I?ve called customer service over and over and all they do is lie. No onefrom the store contacts you all they do is send an email stating they received your complaint from customer service and it endsthere. I shouldn?t have to go outside of my neighborhood to support. Guess the owner don?t care about this location either?Goodluck there Read more

I ordered breakfast at 10:25 am and was told there would be a wait of 4 - 11 minutes. As I was approaching the restaurant, I got... a message stating that my order was ready at 10:34 am. I was about 3 minutes walking distance away from the restaurant. When Icame inside the restaurant, I waited in the Pick Up area. My food was nowhere to be found. After waiting over 15 minutes, Iasked an employee about my order. It was left on a shelf unattended. Either my order was never made or it was stolen by someone. My order gets remade, but they were fresh out of the Hash Brown Scramble Bowl w/ Nuggets. This was the item I was reallyinterested in trying in more than anything. The lady offered to give me a free sandwich of my choosing for the inconvenience. She even threw in a side of waffle fries. The two issues that I had with all of this is: #1. The food that I received was notfresh at all. (The waffle fries were dry and the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was both cold and extremely crumbly).Apparently these food items had been sitting for quite some time. #2. How on Earth does my entire order get stolen??? At thispoint, I am going to stop doing business with Chick-fil-A because I have been having too many issues with customer service and /or food quality. ***BLACKLISTED*** Read more

The food never taste fresh and it?s pretty much the slowest and busiest location I?ve ever been to. If you happen to place a... mobile order 30 minutes ahead of arriving then your still bound to wait for your food. Not to mention, the location is in anarea that has never ending traffic,so getting in and out can be a nightmare. The food and location itself alone does not warranta second visit. Cooperate needs to expand this location, hire more staff to accommodate the high volume of customers, and comeup with a better logistical set up. Read more

They always seem to mess up something. This is the closest Chick-fil-A I have in atl and it?s definitely not the experience you... get with other Chick-fil-As. This is only some of the mess up today. Read more

I reached out to customer care who said they would contact the restaurant, but I have yet to hear from the restaurant. I waited... about 20 minutes in the line, and parked off to the side, because they had to bring me my order. I would have loved it if I wastold ?we do not have enough egg left? instead of them bringing me scraps. My hashbrown box was not full. I ordered bacon, egg,and cheese, but pretty much received egg & cheese. I sent a complaint to customer care twice, and have yet to be reimbursed. Read more

After waiting over 25 minutes for a chicken wrap, I get to the drive through window only to be told to find somewhere to park... and they will bring my food out when it?s ready. I finally got my chicken wrap after 30 minutes. I was eating my food on theway home and noticed something hard in my mouth; I immediately spit it out. It was black and hard, and it looked liked somebodyput it in there in purpose after I asked why do I have to pull up after waiting 25 minutes for a chicken wrap. See attachedphotos Read more

Instead of telling me that they ran out of the spicy chicken biscuit, they gave me a ginormous slap of spicy sandwich meat in... between a biscuit and wrapped it in their sandwich packaging. The sandwich meat is way spicier, huge, and chewy/harder to eat,so I would?ve preferred that they told me they were out or offered me something else than to come home to something I won?t eatafter waiting for 40 mins in a huge traffic jam for it. Not only was it hard to get into the drive thru, but once I made it tothe window they asked me to park in the lot to wait for my food and it took an extra 15 mins while I watched all the cars gocrazy and almost get into wrecks trying to find parking. A literal nightmare, not worth a penny Read more

I love Chick-fil-A Mac n cheese. Even long before they were serving it at all restaurants I was enjoying it from the Dwarf... Houses. So it's really disappointing to see that this half empty cup is the portion this store gives it's customers. Read more
