This Chick-Fil-A needs a major overhaul. Dirty, bad service, and waited 45 min for a simple lunch order for 2 adults and child.... Worst and slowest Chik-Fil-A staff I?ve ever come across. Waited almost 30 minutes for some nuggets and fries. Avianna is very... rude and has a strong attitude. Very slow and careless, too, which leads me to wonder how she got into a leadership position.She would deliberately ignore my requests for updates and when I asked her name she simply rolled her eyes at me and walkedaway. I placed a mobile order at 12:44pm and tapped I?m here shortly after. I went to grab my order within the 10 minute timeframe I... was quoted on the app. I asked the guy calling out my order if it was ready and he informed me not yet. I did not receive myorder until 1:24pm. That is absolutely ridiculous! I had coworkers order after me and receive their orders well before me. If itwas an issue with my order then I should have been told but the staff just went about it like I hadn?t waited 40 minutes forchicken tenders. Restaurant is currently mostly empty, but the experience was the slowest I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. The person taking our... ordered apple in a barely audible voice, the restaurant itself is dirty with trash on the floors, condiment area is poorlystocked, floors are sticky, and it took 15min for me to get my meal. I was offered a gift card for my time. I guess I would havebeen ok if the employees were more personable. Not a lot of smiles or "my pleasures" at this location. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with a peach milk shake. When I walked in there was no in line. So I placed my order and... waited. And boy did I wait. Others had came in and ordered gotten their orders and left. I'm still waiting. So my peach milkshake was prepared early, which it shouldn't have been given my sandwhich wasn't any where close to being done. My Waffle frieswere not hot. They were just warmed. Hmmm. I've never experienced this with chick fil a. But I didn't have any time to complainbecause my lyft was 3 mins away. It took me about 15 mins to get my food. And the only thing hot was the sandwhich. My shake hadstarted to melt, the cherry had sunk to the bottom I guess. I didn't enjoy my shake as I usually do with Chick fil A. Everytime. I come pick up a doordash order, even though I can clearly see it sitting there, the staff here has made their own... rule to not call out doordash orders, and instead wait for them to ask for the order, But instead I get employees avoiding eyecontact and avoiding being stopped to be asked about orders. HOW am I supposed to get my order if your employees won't evenlisten to me when I try to ask about my order? Stupidity. Read more
