Let me just start by saying that I had full intention of paying my bill when I pulled into the drive-thru. I placed the order... and I went to the window and realized I had left my money at home. I was in a rush and hadn't realized I didn't have my purse.The only thing I had was my driver's license on me. I asked the young man Max at the window if I could pay in any other type ofpayment like cash app ir PayPal and he said no they only had Apple pay. Then I asked him if he would take me paying him cash appand him paying for my meal and he said " it's okay, you can have it". I was shocked and I said that that was the most wonderfulthings to be able to be blessed with a free meal, even though it was my fault that I left my funds at home. I just wanted tothank Max and his manager at this particular location for blessing me and my family for the evening with food. Way to pay itforward Chick-fil-A!!! Read more
I ordered through the Chick-fil-A app for my coworkers and myself for lunch. Now there is no longer an option and we have to use... Doordash for delivery through the app. When I receive my order, it was completely incorrect even though the order for mycoworkers was correct. I called the store that the order came from and spoke with a manager. I explained that the bag was sealedwhen the order was delivered and all of the orders were in one bag. The Chick-fil-A manager took no responsibility or ownershipfor the order being wrong. She just said that since the order came through Doordash, even though the store may have given me thewrong order, that I would have to go through Doordash. Don't get the Autumn spice milkshake. It was not good. Weird little pieces of a spice. Food was fine but I have never seen the... inside so dirty especially the trash cans overflowing. I'll be back hope it has improved next time. Read more
This used to be my favorite fast food restaurant and location and I have been coming here at least once per week for years. This... is why I will never eat at another Chick-Fil-A restaurant. On 8/23/22 at about 4:30 pm, I ordered a chicken sandwich meal fromthis location. After eating most of my fries I found a fried cockroach at the bottom. I contacted the store immediately andspoke to a manager. He told me to bring back the remaining fries for a refund of my meal. After leaving the store in disgust, Isaw that only the order of fries was refunded. I called the manager again who told me to come back again into the store for afull refund. Again, after leaving the store I saw that they shorted me by $2.59. I reached out to Chick-Fil-A's HQ who put me intouch with the franchisee/owner. I sent him an email with the receipts attached showing that a full refund was not received. Hedid not refund in full until I sent an email to CFA corporate. Read more
Usually I love goin here, for the Cool Chicken Wrap, but I went this morning to order my usual two, and they have started using... a smaller tortilla, they are nowhere near the size they were when I first started buying them. I come here often but they never seem to get my order quite right. It?s very frustrating, esp if/when you?re on lunch and your... time is limited, it?s hard to take your order back to be corrected.
