Literally the worst Chick fil a. Where to start, we waited outside in the hot sun while waiting for someone to allow us in while... there were only a few people in line. The employees were inefficient and standing around talking. They then were rude when weordered and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. Will not be back. Read more
Food was alright. Nothing special. Fries were soggy and not crispy. Service was good though.
We were skeptical whether to eat here going by the bad reviews but we had a great experience today. We didn?t wait long in line... or for our food. Food was hot & fresh. Young man working in the dining around 1 PM today came up to me to tell me if we neededanything to let him know & also explained if we needed the restroom what to do. After our lunch we enjoyed the hall of fame &came back for dessert! Read more
12-14-19 - Visited College Football Hall of Fame today with my kids. Excellent service, clean restaurant, and well staffed.... Used my Chick-fil-A App to order my food at the register. The server was patient, and the made sure all the items individuallyordered were together. The food came out quick, and was hot. We ate near the Christmas tree. We've been here before, but wantedto make sure I did a review. It was because of the Chick-fil-A App for us being there. Once again we enjoyed our time there andwould recommend this location. Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwich for a fast food place. This location was clean and connected to the hall of fame for... college football and you can look into it. This the dinning are was clean the people working there are very friendly. Read more

The location is nice, the layout is designed to efficiently deal with a lot of traffic and the seating area has a pleasant open... seating plan which features a good view of the hustle and bustle out on Marietta. Also features a view onto the playing fieldinside the college football hall of fame, which is fun. The food is the same as all other locations. Read more
Food was okay. The always busy chick fil a failed to have a floor sweep during the rush times had a display of trash growing.... Capitol over Cleanliness in this store i guess. Read more
