this location has the WORST customer service I have experienced. The cashier was rude and did not communicate clearly, acted... like I was stupid because I couldn?t understand what she was asking me. Then she put the wrong name on my order and the otherstaff made fun of me for not my order was ready, when they put the wrong name on it. the service here is always so good but to whoever it was said I had an attitude when I asked for my drink made me upset because... for one I didn?t, i said ?may I please have my drink? and two it was apart of the order previously called so I just asked aftermy friend grabbed the food since they forgot it before. I feel like she thought I was someone being rude but no the orders weretogether. that dead ruined my mood because i was literally trying to just grab my drink politely and leave. Read more

Chick fil A on Georgia State campus, is quite busy but orders move fast. My daughter attends GSU and since I went to visit her... we went to grab a bite with her and her friends. Service was good as well. Read more
Usually go here to eat in between my days and employees are nice. But it can get very busy. Would not recommend eating here if... your classes are close in time. I waited for 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. Read more

I got a chicken sandwich and fries and walked into the hallway to sit and eat. Went back in to get some chick-fil-a sauce. As I... was I was asking for the sauce, the blonde gentleman at the counter interrupted me (visibly upset) and said asked for my name. Iresponded, finishing what I was in the middle of saying. He then raised his voice and responded, ?did you even buy anything?? Isaid yes, and he dropped two chick-fil-a sauces into my hand. He looked like he was so upset he was about to come across thecounter. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a chick-fil-a. staff is unprofessional. same person took my order and kept talking to their coworker as if i wasn?t standing right in front of... them. i don?t mind the long wait but my grilled club was cold. i work at another cfa and i knew my food was ready and in theshoot for awhile but the girls just kept talking with each other. my friend ordered the same thing but waited way longer thanme and received the wrong order. he went back and the lady just looked at him and said okay. didn?t even ask for the receipt toat least try to get the correct order, so he stayed with the wrong order he didn?t even eat. it?s apparent when people don?tlike their job or shouldn?t have even been hired in the first place. i understand that these are college students, but pleasetry to put in more effort into having better customer service.
