I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. This location is horrible...the only reason I visited is because of the proximity to my... house. The service is definitely not up to Chic-Fila standards. Each of the 3 times I've visited, I've had to wait 20 Minutesinside. This morning it was 20 minutes for a cup a coffee....during breakfast hours. How is this even possible? There curbsideservice is next to non-existent...the only Chic-Fila I've seen that doesn't adhere to rules that govern every other franchise. I'll never return to this ratchet location. This Chick-fil-A is absolutely amazing! Their service is always very fast, the workers are very professional, the lines always... move very quickly, and they never mess up our orders. I love coming here every weekend to get some waffle fries with thePolynesian sauce which is my favorite thing to order here. The food is always hot and perfectly cooked, and the staff do a greatjob at directing the line of cars along with serving people quickly too. Plus I just tried their pumpkin spice milkshake drinkfor the first time today on November 8th 2022 and they fixed the drink excellently. Delicious taste. Phenomenal business! 5 outof five for sure! It has honestly been a while since I’ve gotten an order completely correct here. Last time, the order was completely wrong and... I realized when I went to my car, and they corrected it after a long wait. Today, I ordered a Chicken biscuit with egg andbacon. I checked the bag to make sure the biscuit was there but didn’t open it up until I got home. I then opened it and sawthat the CHICKEN biscuit had no chicken. I ordered 3 meals which included a milkshake for my mother. It arrived without a top. Because of her age and health issues this... could potentially led to a food borne illness. Customer service was poor. The male that was handing me my food had an attitude and when I asked for condiments. I did not... receive the condiments I asked for. I had to exit my vehicle and approach the window and asked again only to be told "you needto stay in car!" When I finally received the condiments, they were given to me with an extreme sassy attitude. Read more
This location continues to give me a small size serving of mac n cheese in a medium container. Today I ordered honey mustard... with my order but it wasn't in my bag. I told them that they had forgotten my sauce, they said “we don't have honeymustard”. Why didn't they tell me? I would've been mad if I got home and didn't have sauce. Service was great until I received my food. I payed for large fry but received medium fry in a large container. I was told I had... to get back in line and drive around. Once I got back around the manager gave me a small fry. I asked what is this, and he said"This will make it large" I said sir please give me a large FRESH order of fries. “Security guard”! (I use air quotes cause let’s be honest this guy can barely secure his job much less an actual business)... was on the phone to friends I assume saying the “N” word and “S” word repeatedly. Awesome to explain to my 8 and 5 yearold what those words mean at 9:25 pm on Sunday after flying in from LA. Extremely unprofessional. I’m a grown man and have noproblem calling things out. When I approached in my car I asked if Chick-Fil-A is paying him. He literally refused to answer. Heproceeded to call me a snowflake to his chick fil A homie, like I wouldn’t hear. Would love for the owner to explain to me whythe security guard was on the phone, not engaging with customers walking to a locked door, and cussing loudly with cars (windowsdown) near by. Thank you!
