I really wish all Chick-fil-A restaurants were the same but unfortunately, this location (Vine City) is VERY different. The... service, food, the atmosphere is not the same as other locations I've visited. I work very close to this location so I try togive the benefit of the doubt but Quincy...PLEASE do better. Ordered through the CFA app and they forgot all of my sauces, my salad dressing and the toppings.
I left my debit card here on august 22. Spoke to someone last week who said they had it in hand and I can pick it up whenever... I?m ready. I was ecstatic and this also made sense because this is the last place I used my card. I came in today to pick up mycard and get a kids meal for my daughter. Now they don?t have my card and nobody knows what I?m talking about. I don?t thinkthey stole it because it hasn?t been used. They definitely lost my card some kind of way and took absolutely NO accountabilityfor doing so. The managers didn?t care about the situation I never received an apology they didn?t even want to go look for it.And on top of that, they gave my daughter chicken nuggets when we clearly ordered chicken strips. While they did get us through in a timely manner,this was a terrible experience. We got in line at 10:34 am & they were already... out of sweet tea!????? Our food was kind of cold & they didn't give us any cutlery or napkins. Trying to get our food waschaotic & the woman kept wanting us to pull up to a "VIP" spot but they were all full. Just find a different location for sure. Read more
I?m normally very satisfied with this Chick-fil-A. I?ve had a few mishaps but overall my food is good. I did find a drink... machine nozzle at the bottom of my cup though. Read more
This one of the worse around!!! I don?t eat at this location often but I definitely won?t be back? the service is slow the... managers are rude and the ripping you off on your food.. I ordered a fruit cup and it?s half way full and then when I called thestore the manager didn?t even get on the phone they was screaming threw the phone while another employee was reciting what shehad to say.. this location I would not recommend to anyone I didn?t eat the food cause it was so bad?
