The wait was long, but I knew it would be because there are cars literally lining up out of the parking lot on a daily... basis. Parking was out of control. Because the were so many vehicles trying to go through the drive-thru, many of the parkscars (INCLUDING MYSELF) were trapped in- until the cars behind us were able to move around. Customer service was great (asexpected), but the good is never worth that kind of trouble. Read more

I am no one. This place is always full when we visit. I have been here a few times and the service is always normal. No yelling... matches with the staff and customers. The staff outside who take your order are usually very good. However, we all have ourmoments... it was weird but we can only control ourselves anyway... So while I have my #lazymom moments, I just want to thankyou all for the peaceful roll you play in my life each time I pay to have prepared food????those times when I feed #thecrewmeals from restaurants, I be done. Everytime I come here it?s always something. Missing food, missing sauce, half filled fries, long wait time, etc. Its always... something. But look at this ?large? fry?.this is not even half filled which is what they normally do. They need management BAD. Read more

There was a lunch rush so I thought taking out would be faster. ???? Not on this day?I think they may have been under staffed... but the workers weren?t very attentive to orders. I received the food part of my order but had to wait 10 minutes to getsomeone?s attention just to get my drinks that were ready when my food was! Management used the customary -my pleasure when Ithanked him but the older woman who handed me my food and then turned her back as I tried to ask about my drinks was just rude!Normally I have at least one star better service here?might have to drive to Fairburn from now on. Worst location in ATL. Not exaggerating. No one working there is pleasant,there?s always something left off the order. The line... will be long into the roundabout (b/c it?s at such an odd spot) and the employees will be sitting waiting. They?ll try to rushyou to drive while they?re standing in the path. The food never tastes fresh,it?s also always cold or luke warm. The friesalways seem to come from the bottom of the fryer,slightly burnt and in small pieces. They?ll allow you to order something thensays it?s out and magically have it after they look. Read more

Worst customer service ever. I ordered online and I asked one of their employees if they had a lane for online orders. She said... that I could go inside and pick it up. However, I went inside and after waiting over 25mins I was told to get back in thedrive-thru. The woman was so rude that she didn't even let me explain that I had been sent from one of their co-workers to comeinside and pick up my order. This is by far the worst chic-fil-A I have been to. I wish I could give them no stars. Plus, theydon't even greet you like they usually do at other chic-fil-As. Read more
