for the time of day, i'm not surprised at the line but the service was really bad. we had 3 separate, small orders but only did... 2 because the woman who took the orders was so rude. She even tried to make us get out of line without the 2nd order when we gotto the window. This place had the fastest line out of all the fast food spots over there which is the only reason we went. Food was decent. The robot ordering system is a huge pain. Instead of a person taking your order it's a robot. The robot doesn't... have a screen and often gets the order wrong. Also if you want two orders then you have tell the robot at the beginning or itwon't let you. The robot ordering is very frustrating. Read more
Food took too long to be cooked and handed to me. Most likely because there were no other customers. They now have an automated... order taker which was odd to hear and experience. The automated intercom will not process your order correctly due to theslightest noise in the background. Read more
Arrived ar 3:45 to grab a quick bite. I was told that it was shift change and it would be 20 minutes til I could order. How this... location is still open remains a mystery to me. Every time there?s some excuse for why it is taking so long, but today I wasstraight up told I couldn?t get anything. The young lady was polite enough, but very unwilling to go any faster or let the lineof customers order (spoiler alert, we all left).
