Not sure about the food cause I purchased it for someone else but the service was awful. The worker in the drive thru waited on... 2 customers in front of me. She saw me and others lined up and never asked for my order. I sat there for 20 minutes. I honked myhorn and no one came and this was after the people in front of me had gone. Someone else eventually waved me to drive to thewindow and place the order. They were polite and apologetic for her behavior. Read more
There's always a very long wait at the walk-up window. Not just this location. So I'm beginning to think it's a checker's... specialty. In the handbook or something. They act like you're not there. When I was there, a long line in drive thru, slow but was ok. A different type of situation with the drive thru's, one drive... thru is for placing and picking up your order. The other drive thru is only for pickup online delivery orders. Don't know whatthat's about? But these checker's have a lot of blond hair all of a sudden. My fries were hot and fresh. My sandwiches were not. Nor did my sandwiches come with hardly ANY condiments so that was a... bummer. I inquired at the window if I could add a cup of cheese sauce and I was denied by the manager. The young lady at thewindow was very kind and pleasant. Read more
I don?t know how this establishment makes enough money to pay the people who work there. We went at a decent hour and the man... on the speaker told us he was counting a register and that it would be 15 minutes. No one was in line so we considered waitinguntil he came back 5 seconds later and told us we needed to move. As we drove around to leave we see all the employees standingoutside drinking and smoking.
