Not sure about the food cause I purchased it for someone else but the service was awful. The worker in the drive thru waited on... 2 customers in front of me. She saw me and others lined up and never asked for my order. I sat there for 20 minutes. I honked myhorn and no one came and this was after the people in front of me had gone. Someone else eventually waved me to drive to thewindow and place the order. They were polite and apologetic for her behavior. Read more
There's always a very long wait at the walk-up window. Not just this location. So I'm beginning to think it's a checker's... specialty. In the handbook or something. They act like you're not there. When I was there, a long line in drive thru, slow but was ok. A different type of situation with the drive thru's, one drive... thru is for placing and picking up your order. The other drive thru is only for pickup online delivery orders. Don't know whatthat's about? But these checker's have a lot of blond hair all of a sudden.
