The person here working 11pm shift is very rude. He couldn't even answer a simple question of how long a milkshake may take... after already waiting 20min. I was trying to make some money just like him. Hopefully they get help or just don't except onlineorders if they don't have the man power to fulfill them. It's only 2ppl. Upon pulling up to the window I witnessed the cook pulling up his pants, on his phone, wiping his forehead, and touching other... areas around the kitchen with the same gloves and then preparing the food with the exact same gloves on. When I received mysandwich it wasn't prepared correctly, I was asked to pull around to the other window because they would have to recook it eventhough I already had to wait for them to cook the first one. I came to checkers after a craving for a chili cheese dog. The employee that was taking my order was very rude to me. As I was... placing my order he was yelling over me saying okay thats all. I explained to him I am still attempting to add to my order.After I finished ordering he proceeds to tell me “were only accepting card or exact change” I then say “I wish you told mebefore I placed my order I don't think I have my card” He responds “you better be glad I'm telling you now I don't know whatyou got.” Once I got to the window he was eating the fries right out the fryer basket. First and foremost I understand that a lot of fast food places are having staffing issues and as customers we are spending more... time in line waiting but the service and attitude at this particular checkers is almost as disgusting as the food. Today will bemy last time patronizing this particular checkers, the attitude and the lack of communication is just insane. I was told to pullaround and wait for my food, I pulled around and waited around 15 minutes before I went back to the window to inquire about myfood since everyone after me received theirs with no problem. I got to the window and the employees look bothered that I’masking about the food I PAID FOR. Once I hand over my receipt to confirm what I had ordered a cold bag of food was thrust in mydirection. At this point I’m already irritated but to see that my food had just been sitting on the counter getting cold wasridiculous to me. This was horrible, I haven’t bought the deep sea double in a while and it was a reason I didn’t, they seem to cook it too... long. It was hard and didn’t even have tarter sauce on it at all or lettuce just cheese. I threw it away, was a waste ofmoney. I had fries as well but they tasted old. The only thing good was the chili cheese dog, the checker burger and the spicychicken sandwich. Smh Read more
