This location is always dirty. There were at least 7 people working and no one thought that it was a good idea to clean. I can?t... imagine what the kitchen looks like ????. The entire staff is rude, literally no one is friendly that works here. Cava is toonew to have this many issues at this location. I saw a worker transfer chicken from one container to a other using her hands andnot a utensil. She had gloves on but she used the same gloves to touch everything else. 2 stars because we love CAVA, and did receive our food in the end, and it was presentable. Arrived yesterday at 9:30pm, while... their hours give that they are open until 10pm. They had their doors locked, and we?re out of a lot of stuff (word from othercustomers coming out). Came back today (because we love cava) and ordered a to go order earlier at 7:30pm. I had to wait anextra 15 mins after the provided finish time, while they were not busy, and the place was a mess. Food all Over the prep areawhile the place had maybe two other customers eating. This aligns with prior ratings. I hope management can do better. Read more
This place ran out of almost everything on the menu and had to close early. The grass was overgrown and the trash was running... over. Who is managing these kids they hsve working in there? The food they did have wasn't too bad...but it wasn't what Iwanted. So better CAVA! Read more
Whew? I love Cava?s food, and therefore they get 2 stars. This location is not managed well, AT ALL. The first time I purchased... food here, I ordered online for pickup. I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time for the food. So this second time I figuredI?d just walk in and order for quicker service. First thing I see on the door are printed signs that they?re only acceptingcards and Apple Pay. Fine, because who?s carrying cash anyways. Then, I walk in and see a sign on the register that they?re outof water? how does a restaurant run out of water?? THEN, they tell the lady in front of me they don?t have any to go tops forthe bowls. She literally placed some napkins on top to walk out smh. I guess they ran out of to go bowls too after that becauseshortly after, signs went up saying bowls were dine in only. The food counter wasn?t well maintained either. Also the employeesare teenagers so I don?t expect much but a little less complaining from some about making pitas and such would be ideal. The bowls aren't picturesque but they are certainly filling. Lamb meatballs and crazy feta dip were both amazing. Harissa dip... had a bit too much heat for me. Rice and black lentils were a little undercooked. Read more

It is 9:30pm on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022. The hours on their door and website say 10pm and yet the workers have locked the door... and are cleaning up. Please do better. I drove out of my way to come here for a healthy late night meal, but am met with closeddoors. I am all for stores closing at 9:30 and 10, but not before their stated time. It?s a waste of time and gas. As I writethis in their parking lot, 3 other cars have also come, tried to open the door, and have left. Please do better.
