The food here is amazing and tastes fresh in my opinion. The spicy chicken & avocado (picture in review) and greek chicken pitas... are my favorite. They have a large selection of drinks but a lot of them aren?t traditional. So if you?re looking to have a cokewith your meal, you won?t have that option, unfortunately. The reason I am giving this a 4* instead of 5 is because the serviceis a little slow and the place always seems a little disheveled or disorganized. They are almost always out of something whetherit's napkins or utensils. Other than that the space and bathrooms are very clean. Okay, so First Visit to CAVA... period ! Let me just say this FRESH FLAVORFUL GREAT AMBIANCE The fountain drinks are... amazing... my first choice is the CUCUMBER ???? MINT. First of all the staff there is super friendly! I mentioned that it was my first time there and they guided me thru the options... and shared their favorites. This location operates below avg capacity. Seem to be out of everything most days. Today, no forks or toppings that come with... salad. Have to eat with a spoon after my salad only had one topping available and still had to pay full price. Read more
Very upset. I used UberEats to order my lunch and hour before I wanted to eat it. I thought I planned ahead well enough to have... my food by the time it was my lunch break. My driver waited over 35 minutes for it to be done being prepared. I waited 100minutes for it to be delivered so I can actually eat. I really should?ve just cancelled. But my driver was be super nice andcommunicating well to me. Sadly, I didn?t eat during my lunch break. I?m so disappointed with Cava?s level of service. Youwould think that ordering an hour ahead, that your meal would be ready for your driver to be able to pick it up and get it tome. Even if there was a lunch rush at 11 when I placed my order, it shouldn?t have taken this long. I even called to just checkin to see what the hold up was, NOBODY answered. Clearly the staff today does not care about their paying patrons and answeringthe phone. I have heard amazing things about the Cava in NY from my friends, so I was excited to try it out. I don?t care howgood something can taste. Waiting this long for food when you?re paying $20 for lunch is unacceptable. Ideally, it?s nice to eatyour food during your actual lunch break. The food is good, but the harrisa chicken is no joke spicy. They?re a bit slow and it looks like they need to hire more. The... juices taste good especially the mint lime. Never liked this place when it was Zoe's Kitchen but now this food is delicious. I like the concept where you pick a base - a... salad, pita, rice, etc. Then up to 3 dips - Tzatziki, hummus, feta...Protein and toppings. I picked the Super greens, Tzatziki,Feta, Spicy Lamb balls, tomato and cucumbers and peppers. It was delicious! Full of Mediterranean flavors! The lamb meatballswere amazing! Service was with a smile, friendly and the atmosphere pleasant and clean. I ate in, I wish they would serve withreal silverware. I'm tired of eating with plastic when dinning in! Read more
