My family and I had a wonder dining experience at the Cumberland location. We were greeted and seated almost immediately, even... though the place was moderately busy. I tried the short rib, and my wife had the Chicken Bryan. My son ordered the chickentenders from the kids' menu. Stephanie, the manager who was there, attended to our table frequently and made us feel welcomed, like family. The food was fabulous! My short rib was very thick and meaty- the mash potatoes were homemade! My wife loved herchicken-she was amazed by the flavors. The kids chicken tenders were NOT frozen- looked house made- crispy and juicy- I had tosteal some from my son- they looked too good! This was our first-time dining at Carrabba's and won't be the last! Read more

Tonight we had an excellent meal! The food was fantastic but our server was even better! Steve was funny, kind, and very... knowledgeable about the menu! He convinced my friend to order something different than what she normally does and it?s her newfavorite!!! Could not recommend him enough! Read more

Visited on Saturday evening. Excellent service at the bar when they have two working. Other times when there's only one... bartender, mostly weeknights and Friday's occasionally, you can tell the difference which is usually average when they'rehandling both bar service and making drinks for the entire restaurant. Under new ownership and management, they do not visitwith customers as often as previous proprietor which sort of loses the family and neighborhood vibe in the area. Maybe in timethey'll actually introduce themselves to customers and regulars. Been a few times and still don't know who they are, they'reusually busy on the expo line and not out on the floor. Overall food was delicious. The veal marsala was tasty. Sauteedbroccoli was hot and fresh with side of angel hair pasta and alfredo sauce. Proportions seems to have improved along withmarginal price increases on menu. Read more

Food theater. A ?the host doesn?t bother to look up when you walk in? kind of place. A ?where?s the bartender been for the past... ten minutes? They have more employees than customers now. Oh hey it?s a different bartender, shift change? kind of place. Apretty bad $10 glass of Merlot served in the dirtiest clean wine glass I?ve ever seen, with visible oily rag wipes. Banged-updoors and smudged windows. World?s stickiest men?s room floor, complete with flies. Sidework splashed all over front-and-centersix-tops as Happy Hour begins. This place is a ? cold mess. Zero stars, plus one star for being close to the EV chargers in thehotel. This may sound like a hit piece, but this place is running on zero of eight cylinders. Read more

This is my 1st time visiting Carrabba's in my entire life and I'm very Happy that I did. I came in close to closing time and... Tried the Johnny trio from the suggestion from the bartender, Mimi. We were served Caesar salad for our side which was crispyand very flavorful. My steak was a perfect medium. The ravioli was colorful and full of life. The star of the plate was thechicken- I need that recipe! The manager Stephanie was very attention detailed to all the guest in the restaurant- ensuring myvisit was a positive experience. Read more

Can?t really say that I?m impressed. The food was okay. The Lobster ravioli is definitely different from what it use to be. And... for the Fettuccine Weesie, I tasted little to none of the lemon butter which is not the norm. I really don?t want to talk aboutthe service.. I?m just gonna say that I went at a bad time. So never go at 3pm on a Wednesday. Read more

Like the service more than the food. And the food was really average. Went here on a Friday evening for dinner. There was a... short wait for the table. Our server, Christopher was really sweet and checked on us periodically. The service was quite fastas well. However, the food was not at all good - the bread felt a bit underbaked, the mozzarella sticks had a bit of a stale oilsmell, and the pasta was a bit hard and chewy and lacked flavor. The chicken trio was decent though. Given the price and thelack of taste, I can't recommend this place. Cafe Intermezzo has much better taste and quality of food and isn't as pricey. Iwould go there instead. Read more
