Awesome food, great Staff. Highly recommend!!

At my job I am responsible for placing catering orders. Carolyn's is one of our regulars for downtown Atlanta. We never have an... issue and the Catering Manager, Crystal, is a dream to work with! Last week, I got to have a personal lunch ordered so I chosethe chicken tenders and fries - they were wonderful! Today, after being bogged down in a meeting for over 2 hours I decided toorder the burger and fries. BEST DECISION EVER! My burger was cooked to order, big, fully loaded with toppings and messy; justthe way a good burger should be! The meat was flavorful and moist. The crinkle fries were crispy on the outside, tender and hoton the inside. I don't know what type of seasoning they sprinkle on the fries but I want a box to take home! Long story short,I can speak from both sides of the table. Reach out to the Carolyn's crew and have your next breakfast or lunch at the officecatered. They do snacks, and dip trays too! Or, the next time you are pounding the pavement wondering where to go, head on overto 1201 W Peachtree, One Atlantic Center, take the escalator downstairs and walk right in to Carolyn's! Read more

I would give 0 stars if that was an option? DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use Carolyn?s for catering. I had a very important meeting... today and spent over $600 on lunch ordered from Carolyn?s. The order was 30 mins late. When I called to speak with them, theytold me I was wrong, didn?t offer any kind of resolution and were incredibly rude on the phone. Take your business elsewhere!! Clean environment and friendly, hard working staff. The food is appropriately priced. Respectfully, calling it gourmet is a... stretch. It is a high volume, low margin, fast style counter service cafeteria. It is a reasonable choice for affordable,quick, and convenient lunches. Read more

Carolyn's is well worth the trip to midtown Atlanta. The atmosphere is like being in a brick walled warehouse. Simple and... unique. This is a Gourmet sandwich Shop at reasonable prices. Each sandwich comes with a small side of coke slaw, pasta salad orpotato salad. They also offer Pizza, Calzones and a few Mexican Specialties. Their salad are wonderful. My favorite sandwich is" The Enthusiast." essentially an upgraded Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. At $6.75 it is a truly great sandwich and one if thebest cheese steak variations I've ever eaten. The quality of the food is terrible. Definitely not worth the money. On top of that, whenever I grab "breakfast to go" from... the ready-made selections in the warming unit, I invariably end up sick. The temperature of either the eggs or the cheese mustbe off. I'm not wasting my time or my money there anymore. Much better (and healthier) selections nearby. Read more
