Horrible experience. I left a review on the company website already with no follow up. I order two 3pc fish with okra and added... 2 drinks. To sum it all up fish was cold when we got it and okra was burnt. Did not receive drinks and had to ask for them . Hadto wait 15 min at the Window just for my food to be horrible and spent almost $30 for nothing . I literally had to throw thefood away. Would not recommend this location. Read more

Coleslaw was warm, shrimp were dry and hard, fries were soft and greasy. Customer service was worse than the food. The girl wirh... the firey red hair and the facial piercings, definitely needs to be trained in Manners 101. Read more

I really loved the food! I super recommend
I was early for lunch however the service was good. I hadn't been here in quite some time and I couldn't remember what I wanted.... I gave my order and the person taking my order through the drive through service was professional giving me my options. Iordered an drove up and paid by card and shortly my food was ready, didn't take long. I parked in the parking lot and ate myfood. It was hot and delicious. I plan to return soon! Read more
Went to this location on my lunch. I ordered a catfish feast with a fries coleslaw okra and extra hushpuppies with a sweet tea... paid $16.50 but not only did I not get what I ordered but I lost money and my lunch was pretty much ruined. I always get the hush puppies along with the Jalapeno poppers and Cheesesticks with Marinara sauce. The food is great but the... location aka atmosphere is ghetto within a hoodlum area & the pavement is cracked up alot too. The service is slow cause theyalmost always ask us to pull up to wait for our food - and that's when we only order like 3 things or less. So yeah, deliciouslyprepared food, great tasting meals, just slow service sometimes and the environment is a bit ashy. But still, 5 out of 5 for thefood. Read more
