The lady working on October 17, 2022, Shica, was great. Good service, kind, and helpful. Food was freshly prepared as well.
The drive thru line is always long. Please note that the lobby door is closed?you can only go inside if you are doing DoorDash,... UberEats, or Grubhub. Buyer be aware on Tuesday September 27, 2022 I ordered a bag of ice and a cup of ice. 2.15 total , I paid with a 20 dollar... bill. My change was supposed to be 17.85 But the dark skinned curly hair African American woman gave me 12.85 back in change.Either she cant count or she is stealing. I ordered my food on DoorDash and my food came quicker than the time set when I got my food my fries were old and too hard to... eat my fish was cold. Placed GrubHub order so I wouldn't have to wait just to arrive at the restaurant with the doors locked telling me to wait in the... long drive thru line to pickup my already ready order. Building is dirty looking. Doesn't look clean enough to trust the food. Read more
Today was a really bad experience . I asked for fresh fries and was given, cold fries and broccoli was cold to the touch. Soggy... oily fish and that has never happened at any captain d's location. The size of the fish was half the regular size. It lookedlike the kids size..and I asked for a refund. I was given a second soggy replacement of fish but not the refund. The lady at thewindow was not pleasant or helpful. The outside of this building looks awful but the people on the inside is what made thedifference. Friendly and professional. Did I say friendly?
